Your Role

We are looking for a Client Director to lead and grow strategic enterprise accounts. This role is responsible for driving complex, high-value engagements, partnering with C-level stakeholders, and shaping long-term client strategies.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable revenue growth and long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities

🔸Develop and execute a sales strategy for the assigned territory

🔸Build and implement effective client plans to drive new revenue growth

🔸Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets

🔸Identify and assess revenue opportunities by account, uncover barriers to revenue growth or retention, and enable internal teams to build winning strategies

🔸Build and develop relationships with multiple executive stakeholders (e.g. CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across the full product portfolio

🔸Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business and advising how SPOC, a ServiceNow Elite Partner, can support the execution of their IT strategy

🔸Provide leadership with insights on revenue opportunities and risks, as well as product feedback and key learnings from top customers

🔸Foster cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Delivery) and support marketing and promotional initiatives

Skills we are looking for

🔸10+ years of experience within the IT software industry, including enterprise-grade solutions

🔸15+ years of experience in enterprise sales and/or senior client-facing roles

🔸Deep expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large, high-tech enterprise environments

🔸Native-level or fluent English Polish proficiency (C1+), enabling executive-level communication

🔸Demonstrated, consistent success in closing and growing large enterprise accounts

🔸Strong technical and commercial knowledge, with the ability to engage in strategic discussions around software implementation and delivery services

🔸Willingness to travel as required (primarily across Europe)

🔸Strategic, results-driven “hunter” mindset combined with the ability to grow and expand long-term enterprise client relationships
