Your Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Hunter to spearhead our business development efforts in the Nordics enterprise market. 

Preffer home location: Sweden, Stockholm

This is a role for a true go-getter — someone who thrives on building relationships, winning big deals, and driving growth in a fast-evolving, high-tech environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Nordics market 

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities 

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and closing 

  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives (CIO, CFO, COO, CDO) 

  • Act as a strategic advisor, aligning SPOC’s ServiceNow capabilities with clients’ business goals 

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to design compelling proposals 

  • Provide management with market insights, revenue forecasts, and risk assessments 

Skills we are looking for

  • 15+ years of proven success in acquiring (hunting) enterprise clients in the Nordics market (mandatory) 

  • A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets within IT consulting or high-tech sectors 

  • An existing client network in the Nordics enterprise space (a strong advantage) 

  • Expertise in value-based selling and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles 

  • Fluent Swedish & English communication skills (native or fluent proficiency) 

  • Strong technical acumen, with an ability to understand digital transformation and ServiceNow solutions 

  • A true hunter mentality — proactive, persistent, and self-driven 

  • Willingness to travel for client engagements across the Nordics (and occasionally within Europe)
