1. The administrator of your personal data is SPOC S.A., located at Szyperska 14, 61-754 Poznań. The company has appointed a Data Protection Officer, whom you can contact regarding the protection of your personal data at the email address info@pbsg.pl or by mail at: Szyperska 14, Poznań 61-754. 2. Your data is collected for the purposes of the current recruitment process (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR; Article 22(1) of the Act of June 26, 1974, the Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 108, as amended)). Other personal data (e.g., image) is processed based on your voluntary consent, which you expressed by sending us your application, and the lack of such data does not affect your ability to participate in the recruitment process. Consent will also serve as the basis for processing in future recruitment processes if given. After the recruitment process is completed, your data will be processed based on the legitimate interest of the administrator for the purpose of defending against any potential claims under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. 3. Your data will be processed by us until the recruitment process is completed, and for a maximum period during which potential claims can be made, i.e., 3 years from the completion of the recruitment process. In cases where processing is based on consent for participation in future recruitment processes, your data will be processed until that consent is withdrawn, but no longer than two years. 4. Access to personal data will be granted to authorized employees of the Company, as well as to service providers used by the Company (e.g., companies providing IT services). 5. You have the right to access your personal data and to rectify, delete, or restrict its processing. If the processing of data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the aforementioned consent before its withdrawal. Additionally, in cases where your data is processed based on the legitimate interest of the administrator, you have the right to object. 6. Providing personal data is mandatory and necessary to conduct the recruitment process. 7. No automated decisions will be made based on personal data, including profiling. 8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
